Demetrios and The Islands Of The Bahamas GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Demetrios gown and The Islands Of The Bahamas honeymoon giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older, who are not employees of The Bahamas Ministry Of Tourism, Demetrios, their subsidiary or affiliated companies, or member of their immediate families, who have Internet access with a valid email address as of January 2007. Giveaway begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), February 1, 2008 and ends August 1, 2008. Subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

2. TO ENTER: Access the website www.demetriosbride.com/us during the Giveaway Period and click on the "WIN a Bahamas Honeymoon and a Demetrios Gown" link. Click the link to read the Official Rules, then complete the on-line Official Entry Form (all fields are required). Click on the "submit" button to transmit your entry. Limit one entry per person and/or e-mail address. Upon submission, all entries become the exclusive property of Demetrios and The Bahamas Ministry Of Tourism and no entries will be returned. Entries not satisfying all the requirements of these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified.

3. Gown & Honeymoon Giveaway: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. The winner has their choice of a Demetrios gown from one of three collections: Destintation Romance, Demetrios Blue or Ultra Sophisticates. The winner of the honeymoon contest will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and/or Publicity Release (where legal) to be returned within fifteen (15) days of notification. Winner will be notified by phone, email or postal service at Sponsors' sole discretion. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules (including execution of the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and/or a Publicity Release) or if gifts notification/gifts is returned as undeliverable, gifts will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected and notified.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a) Limit one entry per person and/or e-mail address. Only entrants whose entries that contain the complete information described above will be entered for a chance to win 6 nights/ 7 days at The Sheraton Cable Beach Resort in The Bahamas and a Demetrios gown of their choice in the above mentioned collections. Multiple entries will result in the disqualification of all entries from said entrant. Neither Sponsors, nor any of their agencies are responsible for any telephone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen or garbled, fragmented, or delayed Internet/email computer transmissions or network/ISP/website/or internet accessibility; or for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, postage due entries/mail.

b) ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE FREE GIFT GIVEAWAY IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this FREE GIFT GIVEAWAY or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sports-man-like or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotics, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Free Gift Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this giveaway and select the Winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

c) Employees of Sponsors, their parent or any of parent's affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, alcohol beverage distributors/ wholesalers, independent judging organization, legal advisors, retailers (including bartenders/staff) and their advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees/staff and the immediate families of each (together, the "Sweepstakes Parties") are not eligible to enter or win.

d) Entrant releases Giveaway Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any gifts. By accepting any gifts, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, home-town and likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of any gifts, any costs of redemption of said gifts and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said gifts.

5. WHO WON: To obtain the name, city and state of the Winners, visit www.demetriosbride.com/us. Such name will be posted for at least 30 days after acceptance by the Winner.
